In Their Own Words: As a child, the ultimate character to pretend to be was The Lady Amalthea from The Last Unicorn, and still to this day she shines for me. I have tried to get as close as I can to The Lady Amalthea's long flowing locks, and have added the touch of a unicorn horn as if King Haggard could see who she is. He may have all the others in the sea, but he does not have the last.

After a particularly bad attack that left him in the hospital, Jeff finally snapped. Cutting his face open so he could forever smile, and his eye lids off so he could never sleep again Jeff had reached the his breaking point. Killing his family he then vanished to continue his killing.
If you are ever so unlucky as to meet Jeff. Just remember... Shhhhh, Go to Sleep.
