In Their Own Words: This is Zacharie, a character from Mortis Ghost's game called OFF. He's the necessary merchant in the game, and he sells you a variety of items, such as healing items and equipment.
My HA is cosplaying Zacharie's concept art form, in which he has angel wings in a sword. Of course, he doesn't have said angel wings nor the sword ingame.
