In Their Own Words: This is Merida, from the Disney-Pixar film Brave. I decided to make her just like the Mattel doll because it looks more attractive like that rather than she looks in the original film. She's wearing a golden tiara and a light blue medieval dress with a golden belt and trimming (the ones that appear at the tournament). There's also a waterfall at sunset, referring to one of the scenes that appear at the beginning of the film.

In Their Own Words: Effie Trinket is the escort of the District 12 tributes during the annual Hunger Games. I did my best to recreate her extremely fashionable look seen during the 74th Hunger Games when she says her iconic quote "... and may the odds be ever in your favor..."
