I'm making a pair of tights for Halloween. When I save the file on .PNG (250x500, 300 DPI, Photoshop), everything's ok. But when I resize said PNG (125x250, 300 DPI, Photoshop), all goes to hell. I'm honestly sick AF of this, and I need help before setting my PC on fire.
