The Hustler

I have some serious trouble beating the Hustler for my Battle Quests. Used all my skips today, and got him all three times. Any advice on beating him? My main is a T8. I very seldom get lucky and have my Recycle Blaster actually do anything. Is he an an opponent I'd have better…
