👑Dark Content Area Option! Subeta New Feature

You can now toggle a dark content area on any theme! Head to Dashboard > Themes and check "Dark content area" to flip the main content background to dark while keeping your theme's personality and colors. Great for reducing eye strain, especially on dark themes like Shadowglen, Darkside, and Morostide.

Tried the black color for a while but found it a bit difficult to do some of the games and had to switch back. I wish there was an in between option instead of all dark or all bright.

hell yeah thank you!! it looks a bit jank in some of the color themes - lots of large white spaces on the sides and such, which are really distracting (pretty much every theme but darkside and shadowglen graveyard). i still love this update, it makes the site much more usable for me after the last update broke the custom CSS dark mode i was using before ;w; will the dashboard thingy on the side be updated to dark mode as well?

Thank you!

This is great! But unfortunately it breaks scratch cards. I just tried to do one and it looks like this

THANK YOU...oooh my eyes immediately relaxed...love this feature!
Snowflake
i love having a dark mode
TheSpookyJester
Thank you so much! My eyes tend to be really sensitive to light so this is a vast improvement for sure! ^v^

I did want to let you know that with the dark content area option turned on you can't see the scratchcards though (this is on legacy). Don't know if that's just me or not, but still something that I figured you'd definitely want to know about.
Alferia
Thank you this is great!

Would absolutely love to use this, but the white background around all item icons and the clashing colors in the inventory make it hurt my eyes more than just sticking with the light theme.
Sheap
@Alexy they did something for you :B

That said it would be helpful if the sidebar, bookmarks, background and such were dark too. The contrast is pretty rough.

YAAAAY! THANK YOU!
Now I can probably remove some of the custom CSS I've had going on, and I won't have to finish writing the rest of it hah. GOSH, THANK YOU. THIS IS SO HELPFUL!!! Aaahhhh! Can this option be added to kumos to?! I'm not a huge fan of the current dark theme options over there.

As an avid user of the dark reader add-on, definitely a good QoL feature, good stuff
DoctorWho
Loving this!!

Too bad instead of bright white or dark black we couldn't pick a shade in between, like grey or light blue. That would be easier on the eyes than all black or all white.
StarShadow
This is kinda cool. I can't decide if I like light or dark. Will have to toggle back & forth to decide.
youngexplorer
So nice. Thank you!

I appreciate there being a built-in option for this as my extension for forcing dark mode on sites can make colors a little funky in random places. However, in either case the blue border on wishlisted items isn't super visible. Is there any chance that could be adjusted in the event that a user has dark content area activated?
Orb
Oh my gosh thank you so much.
FyreNWater
Thank you!!! I was using a janky edit on a custom CSS theme to save my eyes. This is much better and very appreciated! <3
ruby_blade
Thank you so much. With the new whatever, my old code wasn't doing what it used to do, and this pretty much fixes it. LOL Thanks.
