🐛 Bug Fix: frozen shops don't set prices anymore.
Shop Search already hid listings from frozen accounts and galleries, but the item price still counted them, so an old cheap listing nobody could buy held items like Woodrow far below what they sell for. Those listings no longer count toward prices, quests, or Miss Maybel's shop prices.

🐛 Bug Fix: "Cheapest right now" matches Shop Search.
The price on the quest page was skipping some shops that Shop Search lists, so it could show a higher price than you'd really pay.

🐛 Bug Fix: item prices update again.
The job that refreshes every item's price was stuck on items that can't be priced, so prices only changed when an item sold. Some hovers hadn't moved in months. Every item's price now refreshes every couple of days.

👑 New Feature: Cheapest now on item hovers.
When the cheapest copy for sale costs more than twice what an item usually sells for, the hover shows that price too.
