Neighborhoods have their own tab now, right next to the Morostide forum. Every street lives there, drawn as its houses: a lit window is an open house, toilet paper means it got pranked, and a dashed lot has room for you. Filter for streets with room, your own streets, or the NPC streets, and move in right from the list.
