Cash Shop: Black Market
Greetings, Subeta.
I am User not found: inspector thorpe of the Ziara City Police Department; perhaps you remember me. It would seem as though Piña Park's resident hoodlum, that no-good terracoon who appropriately calls himself The Hustler, has been up to more mischief than usual. Reports have been filed that he has been intercepting shipment trucks destined for other locations on Subeta and selling the stolen goods in the Cash Shop, setting up his own black market.
Unfortunately, I do not have enough evidence to arrest him, so I will need you to chip in once again. Verify the stories are true. Investigate the Cash Shop and confirm that he is selling these items! From the reports made, I have deduced that the stock rotates often, so make sure you check at all hours to catch him unawares! Should you manage to buy something from him, you will be awarded with an achievement, and I will allow you to keep the item. We at the ZCPD won't need it; I just need to catch him in the act!

You can earn the SP to buy CSC if you really want it.
there are plenty of achievements that require spending large sums of money, this is no different and it's silly of you to bash subeta for it 0-o

...this isn't a great idea, as CSC makes things a bit exclusive... and those of us who either don't have or don't have enough CSC can't really participate...

Somehow, no matter when I check, I keep missing everything, and I really needed that robot amulet! Is this Achievement by any chance tiered?
Don't forget. you can also buy CSC with SP. So there are 3 options if you must have this achievement. Something for EVERYONE.

I'm to poor as the moment and ill try my hardest to Help out and support the website cuz i love subeta. but its kinda ripish to pull this on us. shhhhssh.

For a second I had this whole vision of a plot involving a Fireside mystery, battling and somehow tying into the couple news comments about Maleria lately. Sadness <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_raspberry.gif" border="0" />
That sucks, I bought from him quite a while ago and got no achievement then. That's just plain unfair.

People would complain anyway if the hustler's offers at the cash shop were introduced with the achievement....can't please everyone.

Great! So I either spend real money to get CSC (which being a student I can't afford right now), or I have my email spammed with a gazillion junk mail ads 'simply by filling out forms and/or offers' just to get CSC. I've never had anything but bad results and hassles from these so called offers so I'm quite wary to test these out (and they look practically identical to the offers I've tried via other sites and had so much trouble with). On top of that, far too many of these so called offers are "US residents only" and I don't live in the states!
Sorry but much as I'd love to get the achievement (and whatever else happens to go along with this), I can't get it. Good luck to anyone else.

I don't see how the achievement CAN'T be retroactive. I mean, they have our Cash Shop purchasing history and everything.

i'm glad there's an achievement! i don't really mind that it's not retroactive, when i bought items before I didn't do it in the hope of getting an achievement for it, and i'm sure i'll buy from there again.

Hopefully everyone remembers that there are OTHER ways to get CSC other than spending your own cash. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" /> No one's asking you to spend dollars to get achievements!
When I took the Kitty Following I only did it because I thought there might be a hidden achievement but that was over a week ago so I hope he offers me another item that I don't already have someday. Also he takes your CSC not SP people.

I really doubt they'll give the achievement out retroactively. They wouldn't do it for the "only room for one" achievement.

Hmm, I've been buying items from him for weeks now but no achievement. Guess they just added it.
