Hey now I think people should give him a chance.
In the past I got pretty good items -- maybe a couple worth a million wayyy back then.
But so far I have done 15/30 and he has given me Grape Gummy Lips and an Argo Blackout Medallion, as well as a few other good items, while I bought him an item worth around 9k.

When I normally do his quests, usually the only decent ones are few and far between. I think the most I managed was 4/20 one day. Guess I'll have to see how this goes. Still crossing my fingers for Pete.

Can't really increase the crap that you get from the Library Quests. Crap is still crap.

Spent 128K on a Super rare item and he gave me 25K plus an item worth 7K - not exactly an increased prize :(!

I'm glad it's Library this time :D I never do his quests so at least now I can work toward his achievements.
