Well, kid, I\'m sure you probably heard about my little mishap a couple of weeks ago. Or, who knows, maybe you were even there to witness it. At any rate, I\'m back and I\'ve got a job for you. By the look of you, I\'m not so sure you\'re up for it, but come by if you want to stop being a pansy and do some hard work.

I had the same issue as snookie last night, they worked fine for a while and then it wouldn't register anything I was doing as having been done.

I do like doing his quests :) I keep thinking though, maybe the frequency of the earplugs as rewards should be toned down a bit? They'll soon be as abundant as computer cases... and those at least come with a sP reward ;) Some of the Major's quests are a bit hard to do after all.
He gives out other things, it's just rare. Occasionally old zombie den items, I've gotten a piece of retired sbq and an item from the masquerade menagerie.
Hey, so like, he's talking to me like he might change his mind about me being a maggot. Does that mean you can earn status with this guy? Because, like.. that would be cool. Interactive relationships with site characters would be awesome.

Yeah, I have to agree with the fact that I can't find him anywhere. If he doesn't exist on the map, I hope he finds a home soon. He seems so contradictory to be calling me a maggot, but he's the one that is homeless. haha.
