It looks like Euclid has been tweaking the Pet Zapper v.2 a little bit. Experiments #164 and #625 have been updated!

Good, now Simulli looks even sexier.
Great revamps! :D I didn't see anything particularly wrong with the old 625, but the new one looks really nice and detailed. Same with 164, I really like the added detail and warmer shading
I love seeing revamps here, as the artists really pay attention to detail.

Well, I respect your opinion, but some people like a little variety. I personally enjoy seeing varying styles among different artists.
And would it kill you to at least say good job to the artist instead of throwing pure insults? I mean, it's not like they did a bad job... I'm sure you'd be a little upset if you worked a long time on something, and was really proud of it, and someone just made negative remarks.

I don't like this new #625... I think Subeta should have a feature that allows people who had the previous appearance to keep it if they choose.
That #625 actually looks awesome now and not, I don't know... bland. Love how it looks furred now (I just assumed it was furred to begin with). It makes me want to get one, but my heart is still set on #2285 for the one pet I'm zapping. Still, it's looking pretty great!
was 164 supposed to be furry? the previous version made it look like it was supposed to be like a naga. the fur looks out of place. the fur shading on the tail tip is aweeesome though. :)
Loving, they were all reflecting the fact that the shading doesn't match. I just feel that they should either change all of the subeta pets to match this "realistic style" or stick to the one it already has, but this mish mosh of real and cell shading makes my head hurt.
Cylum, how many times are you going to come on here and post comments stating how much you hate the revamps? Once is enough.

The shading is TOO DIFFERENT! It doesn't match subeta, you cannot just go making awesome work that doesn't match the sites already established style. It just doesn't match!
Ew, I hate this revamp. I mean, the new drawings are better -- more detail, texture, etc., but I really preferred the simpler, sleeker, cleaner design of the old pets.
Oh the torture! I was just thinking about how I wish I could see the updated 625('cause I can't for some reason), and Neocolours doesn't have it updated yet, and I went to zap my Ihsan again to try and get a 69012 and he turned into a 625 for the third time. x< HNNNNG, and I still can't see the update! D:

On the body I mean. It's a smoothed skinned creature, like a snake, yet the shading isn't smooth at all.
There is WAY too much texture on that 625. It looks like it has fur. You may have made the anatomy correct, but you took away the attitude. The way the shoulders looked like they were shrugged made it look like it was crouching, now its just sitting up like a dopy mearcat. And the side glance was better...Gah...I am so using the old one, thanks anyway...
Alright! A revamp that concerns one of my beloved pets! Shadowhail looks AMAZING now... not to say he didn't before, but he does even MOAR now. I was really hoping for a revamp of the 625 :3
I always saw the #625 as having more of a serpent-y body which is why the fur shading confuses me, but obv it was meant to have fur I guess? Aha. And kind of in the same way I always saw the #164 as being slimy, not scaly, which again is what's throwing me. As far as adding texture to them, I can understand why it was done, and it was done very nicely! Simply to each their own haha.

-Love- the update on 164. His nose holes actually look right now, the colors don't look so bland and muted, and the teeth aren't just squared.

Oh man these are FREAKING INCREDIBLE. Both are such massive improvements it blows my mind that people would prefer the old ones. XD;; I LOVE the sheer detail and shading on these, it's just mind-blowing! I only hope to one day be able to do that!! The eyes on the 625 are soo much better, they're so nice and sinister-looking and no longer derpy haha. The skull is fan-flipping-tastic.
The textures on the 164 are just... X_X I am in awe, but I do not envy whoever did 'em -- must've taken ages!

im not sure which is which, but i like the revamps. the details on the teeth, and like there is an actual texture to the skin.

Eh, I like the updates but I think the coloring style is a bit too detailed/serious for the site, given the kinda carefree, anime-esque style of all the other pets. Even GRAVEYARD pets aren't that intense. XD

164 looks awesome now :D ... but I'm not seeing any difference for 625... Is this a glitch or are the changes so small that it's not really noticeable? :l
Whatever artist is responsible for the revamp of #625, ITS AMAZING!!! I love absolutly LOVE the new look, its really really great. Thank you so much for revamping one of my most beloved pets!!!

Ah, I wish you'd redo #4423 instead, it needs a revamp as well. XD
