My monitor is a flat screen, but I also thought that my settings might enter into it, as I have things set about as large as they will go due to eyesight issues.
Yes, technically it isn't accurate because it would depend on your monitor. Particularly if you have a monitor which isn't a flatscreen. Other than that most monitors curve, so it'll be like impossible unless you use heaps of funky maths and find out dimensions and such.
