Charms Have Shipped!
UPDATE! Subeta charms are on their way!
If you placed an order for charms for us back in December, we are thrilled to let you know that they have finally been shipped out and are on their way to you! Your order shipped from Chicago on Saturday, so keep your eye out for them! Here are some notes about the orders:
- * All orders were shipped USPS First Class mail. This means, unfortunately, that we do not have tracking information for each envelope.
* All orders were shipped to the address exactly as it was written in your order. We cannot be responsible for orders lost in the mail due to incorrect addresses.
* If any orders are returned to us, we will contact you directly to get corrected shipping information and attempt to resend them to you.
We'd like to thank everyone who ordered the charms, and especially for tolerating the long wait to get them to you. We know it was a frustrating process, and we really appreciate your patience! We have learned a lot about trying to facilitate our own retail sales, and if we decide to do something like this again, you can be assured that we will apply what we have learned to make the process easier and faster for you.
As a token of our appreciation for your patience and understanding, everyone who ordered charms from us has had their account credited with 500 Cash Shop Credits. Thanks again, and hopefully you'll see your charms in your mailbox very soon!

Thank you so much!! Like @Reykur said earlier, I too am used to waiting forever for overseas supplies and such, the only problem I had was with the lack of updates and such, but you guys are awesome and if something like this became available again, I would definitely buy

Ugh, this process was a nightmare, but I'm glad to hear it's finally gone through. Better late than never, I suppose. I was considering walking away from the cash shop experience after this, but the way this was handled in this post has made me reconsider.
*November. The preorder closed before December. Anyways, I'm glad we finally got some official word (via news, not forum posts) and that they've finally been shipped. The 500 CSC was a very nice gesture. However I will never be buying real life merch from Subeta again. The entire charms process was a nightmare.

Thanks for the CSCs Subeta is the best, but I'm really excited to see those little bits of plastic. I'm used to long pre orders of stuff so the wait wasn't too bad.

WOW a nice surprise when I signed on :) I am very patient and didn't mind waiting. The 500 CSC is appreciated but yal really didn't have to do that!
