I finally figured out what Little Joker reminds me of! Put Me In the Zoo by Robert Lopshire. I don't know if that was the intention, but man I LOVED that book as a kid.
That minionnnnnnn~ It reminds me of this old story book I had as a kid about some kind of animal with rainbow colored spots who wanted to join the circus?... I don't remember the title though! So cute!
I can't help but think that the minion is a reference to a children's tv show that used to be on Disney... can't think of the name of the show, though. XD I WANT IT ANYWAYS.
