Hydrus Bumbus and Hipottu (revamp)

She will not be forgotten! Merana has devised new spells to transform your bumbus into a hydrus form of itself! She has also amped up the voodoo to update the hydrus hipottu.

The detail on the Hipottu is just STUNNING I mean wow, the artist did an absolutely phenomenal job. I love that the pose is the same but this is seriously just 10000% better and more badass in every single way possible. I absolutely adore the pose the Bumbus is in too- it must have been tough to make such a happy chubby species look so ferocious and evil but maaaan this is PERFECT.

The Hipottu is freaking gorgeous! I'm so thankful that it retained the same pose, but MY GAWD. He looks meaner, more cunning and the details match up with the newer art now!
And thank you for keeping teh floating orbs on this guy; absolutely AMAZING.
I'm hunting down the artist responsible for this majestic brute. ;3

frick i love both of these just god wow.

the bumbus's pose is well-handled wow I love the symmetry and the angry face and the.... butt... markings and stinger. I really dig how the transparency on the wings was handled and in general the wings look REALLY COOL??? sigh and the seaweed is just too great. OH and the glowy bits are so cool omg I always love it when hydrus pets glow..... OH I JUST NOTICED THEY'RE ATTACHED TO THE ANTENNAE, nice!!
also I am a really big fan of the color choice on this

the hipottu just OH NO I LOVE HIPOTTUS SO MUCH, real talk it's basically my fav species and this one... just... wow,,, wat a hipottu...
I really appreciate that the pose was kept mostly the same as the old. I REALLY LOVE THE TUSK THINGS? ? IAND THE EYE HOLY FRICK WOW IT'S GORGEOUS. the hydrus horn things look really good and the mysterious floating orbs are REALLY PRETTY and holy shit i love the markings so much can i just.. touch them.... no? ok...
i love the fins holy butts wow they're so gorgeous god and the shading overall is just to die for. SO GOOD
frick I might have to mess with my pets yet again. darn it artists why do you have to be so amazing :c

The head on the bumbus is a little small, but I'm considering changing mine into Hydrus :O

Oh wow! They are both amazing! I've never wanted a hipottu before but that one is very tempting. The bumbus is gorgeous. I adore the antenna, it's pretty :o.

Wow me thinks Merana has a wee bit too much time on her evil little hands.... Amazing work. I'd suggest she needs a hobby, but it looks like she's got one! Love the bumbus' eyes. Very wicked.

DAT BUMBUS. 8D So awesome. And I'm no Hipottu fan, but I'm very glad this revamp was kept close to the old Hydrus one...it was rather nice-looking, and this new one is, too. Great job!
