UPDATE: We are experiencing some difficulties with the bag. We're working our hardest to fix it as soon as possible!
UPDATE II: Everything has been fixed and should be working properly right now!

I have opened close to 70 bags and not one tube top.. are they not in the bags yet?
i keep getting them under the add banners and its hard to get them, is their anyway to move it or something or will i just have to miss out on those ones??
One of the bags, I received an error page with the array codes... and lost the bag :(

Haven't found one yet, have been on since early this morning ._. can't tell if horribly unlucky, or glitch...
is one of the items flawed? I opened four bags and got only three items. on of the bags gave me a long error message =/

No idea, i've only join subeta for a few weeks, i 'm so new at this yet it's so addictive and exciting! Just got another one, a 2013 sticker!
How do you get them? I found one and when I clicked it all it did was take me to my profile...
Got one but 2nd bag that appeared after I clicked it was not in my inventory. Hope they get this fixed. Wish I could be on all day to get more but have stuff to do. :(
Poor little bags, it's not their fault they're glitching. And the poor staff having to scramble to fix it. I feel bad right now. :(
I just found one, but when I clicked on it it merely vanished (meaning no new window stating that I got it) and never appeared in my inventory. O.o

Seems to be a lot of glitches with the bags. I can't pick them up, the ones I do have from before I tried to open, got an error, AND it took my bag :/

I can't wait! :D But I am getting the same error, when I clicked one I found it told me I had not selected a shop ^^;
well i see the bags but when click on them it does nothing and you get nothing so waste of time to click on them fix them please.
I'll wait to open them when they're fixed. XD I opened one, got an error and no items and lost the bag.
They still show up as staff items for me. So I'm not risking opening them til that error gets fixed.
Thank you Scarsdale!!! And it looks like the errors are pretty much worked out, though I did get the 'you did not select a shop' error a minute ago when I went to claim a bag.
The fact that these are survival bags amuses me to no end. Maybe we'll get some guides inside? XD Anyway, happy new year Subeta!
