Just as a note, there is also a ping group for the mad recycle beast for the day when he asks for the Asmodeus Concoction Base (another item that can be acquired en-mass and has been hoarded for something like this still available to anyone with a zapped skin) so if you missed the unofficial pub crawl but have this obscure item hoarded, you might want to join that group for the day when the recycle beast completely loses it (likely from being drowned in beer :() and begins mistaking himself for a mad scientist.
Wow, really wish I had known about the pub crawl. Geez, would have had that legendary if I had!

The pub crawl was not a real event, it was a thing on the forums

In a nutshell for the folks who are confused: on June 13, the Recycle Beast asked for free beer. Free beer was an event item from the Cruise last year and a lot of folks had a LOT of beers hoarded. A ping group was made in case the Beast ever asked for free beer, and the thread that was made informing the ping group about it on June 13 was titled "Pub Crawl". n___n

sniff sniff I haven't been able to get on much for a few weeks. Lucky to check news sometimes. SO SAD I MISSED THIS. Cuz I have been hoping and waiting for this for ages.
oh yeah....he got very, very drunk that day! Fell asleep on the job more than a few times, stumbled, slurred speech, never gonna give him alcohol again!
@Monsoon The Recycle Beast asked for Free Beer which people hoarded waiting for that day to come. :P
