It seem like so long ago that da first o\' I disciples come bringin\' their swampies for da blessin\'s I give. Â

But, ya known, I be capable of so much more now, wit better and better power ta draw on, cha! I took it upon I and I to send all ye proud swampie owners a show of dese new powers, and if ye don\'t like it, I dare ye to bring it up.

I love swampies so much (though i don't have one.... me cry) and i always get really excited when i see a new/revamped swampie!!! this is really gorgeous. the old hydrus swampie is a favorite of mine (i had one for quite a while! :D) but i really think this one is a lot better!! it's much less plain, and the fact that it has more color to it is really great (i love the starfish in particular!), it stands out a lot more and looks more properly hydrus! I really love that it kept the same personality and close to the same positioning as the older version, and i really really like the way the hydrus swirls were handled on this, aaa, they're so pretty!

O how i love the hydrus pets. Too bad none of the concepts fit with my story in which almost all my pets is in. Keep the hydrus coming!

I normally don't like hyrdus, but this looks AMAZING. I have nothing bad I could say about this. It's gorgeous. Wonderful use of space, the shading is phenomenal, the pose, the face... I just... asdkjflkasjdf. A+, artist. ♥️

First reaction: YES, FINALLY SWAMPIES ARE GETTING SOME LOVE.
Second reaction: But I had really liked the old pose, and was hoping for an update to it. Oh, well, glad I got the Hydrus Escalade way back when instead of a Swampie.

It's gorgeous! It looks so much better now, but I do like that the pose was kept relatively the same. I'm not a huge fan of Swampies or anything but I like when there aren't drastic changes to pet poses when they're revamped :3
