Peka-Boo!
Hello, friends! It\'s good to be speaking with y\'all again. If you\'ve been living under a rock and not seen any of my movies or weren\'t here for the very special cruise ship tour we took a few summers ago, I\'m Rosemary Kelly, and I\'m the Ambassador for Veta Lake! Have you been there lately? So full of beautiful trees and sparkling water, a darling little farmers market and a real nice brewery. And it\'s home to one of my favourite shops, run by my good friend Johannes, The Music Shop! He really should come up with a cuter name for his business.
Actually, speaking of music, did y\'all know that it\'s my true secret indulgence? I know I\'m a famous actress and spend most of my time in front of a camera, but I do have a passion for hearing all kinds of music when I\'m relaxing. And that\'s why I\'ve teamed up with a great group of people in order to bring my passion to life in the greatest way. A music festival!
Peka-Boo! That\'s what I\'m calling it. There was this old empty park up by that gorgeous Peka Glade just sitting there, asking to be enjoyed. How could I refuse such a kind request? Now I wish I could just invite y\'all in for free, but then we\'d end up with this big ol\' messy park at the end and nothing to show for it. So our dear Allard (you probably know him as The Wizard!) has kindly offered to whip us up a little magical cleanup, just for a few of his tokens!
So, regular tickets for Peka-Boo are 1000 tokens each, in the Token Shop now! I believe there should be enough released over the next week for everyone, but if you want a VIP ticket, which\'ll give you a few special items in addition to your admission, they\'re 250csc in the Cash Shop. Those tickets are limited in number and capped at 2 per person - not everyone can be a VIP! They\'re gonna be released a few at a time for people who aren\'t around right now, and I hear some are gonna be released in a few competitions so keep your eyes peeled!
Just a reminder, you\'re gonna need to have your ticket on you to get in when the festival opens, or to join in any festival related activities. And over the next week as preparations are being made, you\'ll hear a few more details about Peka-Boo! I hope to see y\'all there on the 17th!

Ok so it's the 17th....where's the party???
So are the VIP tickets worth it? or does it just give us those extra items it shows and thats it?
I will be away from 21 to 26th. I hope I wil be able to catch up everything on the last two days.
Two months with nothing going on, and I'm going to be in Japan without WiFi for the event. Boo.
I'm a little curious about this event being brought to our attention 13 days before it starts, and it starts on a Thursday?

Same question as Heroine. Do we get extra benefits with a vip ticket once the festival starts, or is just the sticker/lollipop/glasses etc that are viewed as "special items in addition to your admission"?
Does the VIP ticket offer any advantages event-wise or is it just the items? or are we not allowed to know? :smile:
I am digging this! I hope there's TONS of bands to listen to and interact with. I missed Alexander's mini-plot with the missing book pages a while back, and I am NOT missing out on this. This is really going to be fun I can't wait.
Just got home from work and got a ticket at the token shop :) hoping for a VIP too ;) but I'm happy that I have this...since work might keep me from seeing the other this weekend :)

I can't wait for this to start; I was hoping for a summer event to make my summer less boring! So glad my family hardly goes on vacation over the summer.
Thanks for fixing the issue with the footer in the cash shop! :) Crossing my fingers that I'll catch a restock of the VIP tickets.

YES. SUMMER EVENT. And good job, staff, for turning it into a token sink! They were getting underpriced, so this should help! :D
There's never anything in the TS when I go there so would like to find out more about the "competitions" that will give away tickets.
I sure would love it if I could actually see the VIP tickets and what the page says. Would be great if you would let me spend my money!
To all who don't like the spending tokens part of the event, you can make 1000 tokens in five-six days if you do quests every day!
Yes, but we have till the 17th of July to get a ticket. When I saw tickets in the token shop they were just sitting there, not going very fast. I wonder what contests will give tickets away. :)
This is exciting. I hope enough tickets really are released through the week for everyone. I'm going to try and catch a restock, myself. (Btw, is there anything that can be done about the footer text? It's showing over the Peka-Boo Passes information and images in the Cash Shop. It'd be really upsetting if I manage to catch a restock but don't manage to snag a ticket because the footer information is in the way.)
Bluh, of course it requires tokens to participate. ;; I'd have been a lot more psyched if it wasn't a sink-tokens-to-play event, but now I'm kind of discouraged..
