Quest-A-Thon - Goal hit!
You guys did it! As of 3:01pm, 500,000 quests have been completed! After the Quest-A-Thon ends at 11:59pm Thursday, we will be giving out the 1 new pet slot and forum title of is forever on a quest for more pets to everyone who has participated! You still have a few days left to get any friends to join in so they get the prize as well. :)

Yes,I got a free GA for being a player for over a year but I never got any other GAs or wasn't on to enjoy the time Subeta gifted them for several days. I don't see why someone thinks its bad, or has to label people in an ugly way, because a person thinks its unfair they need to have a GA for an extra pet slot. Maybe just informing a person on ways to get the GA (which you did do) instead of putting them down by labeling them unthankful, discontent, and greedy, is a better way to get things across. Its a good idea to try not to undermine people just because they don't know everything.

If i have to have a GA to get the pet slot I really don't think that's fair. I got lucky and was given a GA so i currently have 10/5 pet slots but i worked hard to get that pet slot doing a lot of quests everyday. From what I'm reading others post (don't know if they are correct) but seems like we need to have a GA for the extra slot, which wasn't mentioned in the first place and I'm sure i'm not the only non GA user out there. But it isn't fair to users who don't have money to spend on a game...if its true

I'm sorry if this has been covered already (there's so many comments!) but if I choose to wait a while to get a GA, will I still be able to get the extra pet slot later on? Or do I need to have the GA already activated when they give us the pet slot?

I quested Carl, Cynthia, Cursed, Wizard, Quentin, Malaria, Sagittarius, Library and Pete. All the people that give quest points everyday until today. Can I skip the rest of the quests today? I have done Quentin and Carl and started some others. I had to babysit my grandchildren at their home and I cannot play Subeta on an IPad. If I must do them today to qualify I will. Please ping meif I need to.
Lovin' the rainbow. Kinda wish the goal was higher just so I'd have even more reason to quest. It's hard to get motivated :(

@Luthien I'm using Firefox for the moment and there's no rainbow even when I hover. I wish they'd bring the rainbow bar back and not have it hoverable :/
@SONDER yes, it'd be the same thing if you open a Loyalty Box or buy a pet slot. If you have 10 pets and you're not GA user, you need to activate GA to use the slot.
For people wondering about the rainbow bar mentioned, it was automatic before. They changed it so you have to hover to get the rainbow. c:

I don't have a GA so i'm assuming to make it fair (because not everyone has a GA) you don't have to have one for the extra pet slot...is that true? I put in hard work for that slot :(

OMG!!! I honestly didn't think we'd pull it off at first but I am soooo happy that I was wrong :) I am very proud of us for coming together & helping each other get that extra pet slot :') If it wasn't for each other we wouldn't have been able to reach the 500,000...Well, at least I know I wouldn't have been able to alone. Yay for Subeta family & team work!!
@StarShadow I think it might be a browser thing--at least, I think. My roommate doesn't see it either, and they use Mozilla while I use Chrome.

Rainbow? I don't see a rainbow either, just a green bar. Glad we made it though. Toughest part will be trying to decide what to use the extra slot for. Will probably hold mine until a new pet or color comes out I want.

That's true. Maybe we would still be able to make it, but not easily in my opinion. We'd have to make an average of 143k per day, and I think we made around that. But that was also over the weekend when we average more no matter what, and without testing over the weekdays how much we average the numbers may change enough that it wouldn't be possible. I don't believe we'll have enough people continuing the same amount of quests to keep track now, though.
I am 100% down to do something like this again to test things out !

I'm really glad this wasn't a one-million-quest-a-thon. We wouldn't have made it, sorry to those saying we would have easily done it, but no.
It took us an hour more than 4 1/2 days for 500k. Double that. That would be 9 days, 2 hours for 1m. Maybe over an extended weekend when more people would be online to keep up the same pace, but not with the slowed down weekdays.

We went with 27 quests to go at 15:01, and these 27 quests were done between 15:01 and 15:02.
This just proves how many of us normally don't do quests. XD Didn't someone say that the projection was we would finish just in time? lol We kicked this outta the park!

I wasn't even "targetting" you in particular, because several people have moaned over the fact that a GA is needed. And it certainly didn't occur to me that you were sad only because you were unaware of the facts I stated, you in no way hinted at that. But, there you go - if ever you feel you want that extra pet, go buy just a Week-GA fromn a user.
