Note: Zapping your avatar will unlock the skin in your wardrobe and set your active skin to what you\'ve just zapped to. So, for example, if you have a zombie skin active, it will unset (not lose!) that, and change it to the zapper skin.

I've been getting duplicate skins for the past three days, too. :(
Never tried this before. This is cool. But I haven't gotten the skins I want yet. It's too random, darn.
There has ALWAYS been the chance of getting a duplicate zap. This has not changed since they added zapper skins. It's always been a random zap (just like the pet zapper), meaning that yes you can get something you just received or got yesterday, and yes that can sometimes suck. But hey, at least we're allowed to keep all our different skins now, so at least I know my wiz tokens aren't completely being wasted. ;)
Yeah its been like that every moros. I remember the year midna came out I kept getting the experiment snake hair thing over and over. Its just about luck. But seriously, getting the one I hate most over and over is whats bugging me xD If it was at least my midna or something id be less annoyed, but the darn jaguar thing...ugh.
Hopefully on the final day they will reduce the wait time or make it so you cant get duplicates. Otherwise I may never get the nebula and deer xD

Are you supposed to get the same skin? I see a few people saying they are.. Kind of disappointed I spent the tokens for one I just got a couple days ago
I am pretty sure I just got the same skin. I already had the pumpkin skin unlocked from a prior zap, and I suddenly had the pumpkin skin again...
...is that working as intended? If so, that's kinda a rip off of 50 tokens. =(

You don't have to get rid of your skin if you zap yourself. It gets saved in the wardrobe automatically, and you can put it on or take it off at any time.

I could have sworn I had more skins than what are showing up, but maybe I don't? I hope I can get the dog skin (whatever it is called??), and a few others. Right now I'm a spider? That's what its showing up as in wardrobe, and I thought I was a bunny Lol

I lost my skin nearly a year ago so I don't think that staff can still trace is back. Also, I lost it on the healer page when you could still heal your virus strains and skins there - while trying to heal a pet the whole site bumped and I clicked the "heal avatar" link istead; there was no confirmation popup at that time and that was it. Was pretty sad as I zapped several years only to get the Giger skin, but whatever just my luck. XD

While this is super exciting I am also super worried I'm going to loose my current skin. It's not showing up in the wardrobe section :c

At least its just for something like skins, itd be way more annoying if the wardrobe didnt work at all in ff haha. It seems firefox has been having some issues related to v3 features. So at least there is a backup :)

The skins show up when I use IE but not Firefox. But I use Firefox for everything on Subeta. And none of the skins are greyed out so I don't know if I have one until I click on it.
Darn, don't really want to have to use 2 different browsers for Subeta. What a nuisance.

Thats odd even on mobile I see all skins, not just my own. You may want to try a different browser/check if you have any add ons or things that could interfere.

http://subeta.net/wardrobe_v3.php#/skins Here! Go here! The ones that are lit up are the ones you have at your disposal. The new ones and any ones you don't have from previous events are in grayscale.
@StarShadow If you hover over the grayed out skins in V.3 you'll be able to see the previews. :)
Heehee, on my first zap I got the one other skin I'd ever unlocked again. Go figure! But I am excited to try again in 3 hours. Yay! Thanks for bringing this back.
There used to be a list with previews of skins in the V2 wardrobe, but that's gone now and V3 only shows the ones we already have. Anybody know where there is a list of skins with previews?
Aww, man. I went and zapped my pet thinking you didn't have to choose between zapping a pet or yourself. Now I have to wait to zap myself. Darn it trying to pretty up a pet to place back in the adoption center.
This isn't like the epidemic when you have to manual save the skin its auto yours when you zap it? That's what I'm understanding?

Is there supposed to be a wait time between HA zaps? I went back and clicked 'step in front of the zapper' again hoping I would get a page that would bring me to a set alert option, but it just zapped me again.
Hahaha I got really excited thinking this would zap us the hexes... but... this is good too. xD
So I just zapped for the second time and either I got the same skin or its just taking 5ever :S

If you dont see it on your ava you may need to check wardrobe or the healer. If they show there just wait or clear your cache. Its like when you update your ava, sometimes it takes a few for your browser to catch up with the server :)
This is neat. I zapped my HA but don't see any change on my HA skin. Are we meant to wait awhile before we see what we got zapped into?

Zapped, but immediately changed my skin back because the new one would kinda ruin my current cosplay. :)

Make sure you guys have your user settings for hovers set to on! I turned mine off due to hexes, but if you have it off then you cant see the skin other than in your ava preview/wardrobe.
Mmm, is mine new? I can only see the skins I have in my wardrobe (which is giving me all kinds of trouble).

Can we get a better explanation for the people who do not understand that zapping to a skin unlocks that skin for you. Some people think if they remove the skin they will never be able to use it again.

The snake ones aren't really recolors though? Each of them have different scale patterns, belly scales, and eye shapes (to match the cash shop medusa items). They'd be recolors if they all had the same details in different colors ;)

Sounds interesting, but I don't like chance things. What are the odds I will be likely to get the 2 or 3 skins that I want out of dozens. Hmmm. Too bad we can't choose, darn.

Daaaamn, those snake skins. Despite all being 'snake' theme, they each have a very different and interesting scale pattern. Love it <3
