@Taters Oh I thought I was one of the only ones to have pronounced (or mispronounced?) them like that! Might as well blame the french geishas too XP
Weren't the gems on chelons' shells supposed to grow back? That is what item description of Chelon Gems say at least. 
for example. From the subetapedia text I got the impression that removing them can kill the chelon. :<

A lot of these pronunciations were thought up by the artists who created said pet however long ago - I BELIEVE that is the case with the Legeica! I've just always known that's the official pronunciation -- as has been mentioned, this was even an official question at the Portland meetup several years back, which is where "A french geisha" comes from! Glad you guys are enjoying the newest articles, however! :)
It's cute seeing the Chelon posed on the ground seeing as... technically.. only one special color pose is a non-swimming pose.

I love the Chelons! Wasn't expecting them to be so huge but i like them that way.
The Legeicas look great too, but that pronunciation...i think it really needs to be spelled "Legeicia" then. There's no way i'll remember to get that sound out of that spelling, heh. (I was also pronouncing it as leg-EYE-kuh.)

I have been yelling about Legeicas for about 6 hours now. This is fantastic, can't wait to start collecting the dolls!

Oh my god this pronunciation thing. Literally everybody pronounced them differently up until now, haha! I thought it was luh-GAY-ka and my girlfriend was goin for the leg-ah-see-ya thingy if I remember correctly. Whatever, I'm just happy for more subetapedia entries! :D

I was pronouncing it Leh-gee-suh. Why isn't it Leh-STRAIGHT-sha ? It just doesn't seem organic this way ! It's being forced ! It doesn't flow ! Clearly the contaminated water forcing us to accept the gay has gotten to Subeta too much ! WEH.

We had the Yunlong items less than a week ago, too. I've personally been waiting until the end of the month to bring up the lack of Shengui Guo stuff just in case they've been saving it. It has major ties to the spirit world, so October 31st - November 2nd is the perfect time to bring things out.

This is the closest thing to a Shengui Guo update we've had in weeks. So much for a "Shengui Guo" themed month.

These Lifelike dolls aren't life-size! I saw the Legeica ones and thought "it's so tiny!" But then I went to the Subetapedia page and saw they were more reasonably sized XD
Wow, that is not at all how I thought Legeica was pronounced! (I always thought it was leg-EYE-kuh.) Great to see more lifelike dolls and more 'pedia entries. Worldbuilding ftw!
