@Arwen_Undomiel You could buy the Shinwas Bracelet Shard #1 etc from user shops, but that would be a giant gamble.

Yes, I always do Shinwa quests 1st then the others, since she asks for quests from 4 others at random.

@Arwen_Undomiel Shinwa sometimes ask you to complete Wizard Quests. If you have already done your 10 Wizard Quests (or 15 with GA) then you won't be able to complete any for Shinwa. It only really matters if you want to do her quests that day.
