Bug Fix
There was a browser-specific bug (which seems to be affecting some, but not all, Chrome and Firefox users) in the plot's current dominos puzzle that kept solutions from being interpreted as correct. It has been fixed, but if you were affected you will need to refresh the puzzle page in order to submit your solution. Simply submitting the solution after the fix was pushed will not help, as the buggy code that interprets your answer was loaded when the page itself was loaded.
If you are still having any problems with a newly loaded page, please let us know!

@grelca At first it was only turning one direction. i kept trying once a hour to see if it would start working. around 10 or so it started flipping all the way around

The site froze in the middle of me working on the puzzle and I had to start over! Worked the next time!

So when I refresh the page it just starts all over??? I can't get it to accept the solution.

@grelca can you let us know when we can turn the pieces?? or what do we need to do to get credit for this?

I was pretty sure I got it right at least twice, is it Chromes fault or my stupid butt? I'm going to try it on FireFox before I decided to actually and truly go insane.

I too have a hard time telling the difference between the colors and the artwork outlines.
I have to zoom in on my web browser Firefox just to see what I'm doing :).
Eventually I'll figure it out I came so close this last time :D.
Is anyone else getting a 502 error when trying to open the bronze door with the key?

I had to do the puzzle a 2nd time, but PLEASE consider more color contrast in further puzzles. I had a terrible time trying to make out the two shades of green, esp the shaped on the darker green!!

Whew, thank goodness it only took me about 25 percent as much time to put that puzzle together the 2nd time. LOL. It was fun, I just wish I could SEE better on this small screen. :) Thanks for fixing the bug so fast. I can, now, rest til tomorrow. (gotta go and gather some prizes for my team, first, though. wink wink!!)

I was using Chrome to try and do the puzzle. Tired 4 times then decided to try Firefox. I was finally able to get it to submit using Firefox.

@Cerredwyn now you can solve it. You started solving before the bug was fixed. That's why you got the error. Just reload the page and start again. If you need the solution, I can give it to you if you don't find it (it's everywhere in the forums). I had to solve it once and copy my solution 6 times to work xD

I don't understand the wording of this news post. I finished the puzzle (right before this news) and all the pieces went out of it (took me a LONG time to get them in). Message was: try again. So, what do I do now? I understand that it's been fixed but do not understand what it means to "refresh the puzzle in order to submit." I DO know how to refresh, but as another player said--refreshing messes up the entire puzzle, or NOT? Please explain, this puzzle is very hard to see on a chromebook. Even with a screen shot of the answer it took me quite awhile to put it together. I'm guessing that I'm not the only one trying to solve this without the benefit of a PC, which makes ALL the difference in this sort of puzzle. Thanks very much for explaining. :)

It didn't work at first for me on Safari either. I had to refresh and solve it again. At least that was faster because I remembered where some of the pieces went...

But if I refresh will I lose all the work I've done? Getting tired of doing it over and over.

Yeah, I had that issue! Solved it, took a screenshot, and it didn't even work. Re-did it (exactly the same) and it worked. Weird.
