The Reborn Swampie, oddly, seems to have developed the ability to keep its flames ignited even while underwater. This trait may have been the cause for the folklore surrounding Riverside Valley's haunted lake!

Defintiely my favourite reborn yet. It's absolutely stunning. The fins seem rather angular in comparison to the rest of the flowing design.
