Crystal Shop: Fire-Grilled Hot Dogs + Increased Crystal Payout
Grab a bite to eat before you get back to fragging—the Crystal Shop has increased the payout across the board for all items turned in to the Fragmentizer! All items accepted will now give you at least one crystal. As before, items r1-99 will give you increasingly better payout as their restocking rarity increases (now even more than before!), and items r101, r115, r150, r160, r175 now give 1-2. With this increased funding, the Crystal Shop plans to continue releasing old items, new exclusive items can now be expected to appear now and again.
Remember: The Crystal Shop clears its stock from time to time. As always, we’ll give you advanced notice of clearings, but be prepared!

Nice :) Fragging has felt unrewarding for a long time now since the throttling of buying from user shops. Getting so many more crystals now in the same time!

Well, thank god for that. I pretty much never used the Crystal Fragmentizer because I felt it was a total ripoff. I'd put in a bunch of stuff and get 3 or 4 crystals back if I was lucky. So yeah, I might actually use it now.

@Niffler, actually, I think commons are at a 1.5 crystal for 1 item ratio. As are normals. Around there anyway. So you could frag around 1000 common items and get 1500 crystals.

This new change makes me actually want to use the Fragmentizer now (whereas before it as too much of a gamble for a stingy Capricorn like lil ol me).

Guaranteed one crystal? Wow... Before if I fragged 2000 items of common/normal items, I'd get around 500 crystals in return. You're telling me I'd now get 2000? Hot damn....
(2000 is the most it'll frag in one go, even if you have, oh I dunno, 8000 items in your inventory. Hence the 2000. :3 )

I don't know if it will be permanent as in for the rest of the site's existence, but it will probably be for a while at least. They tend to make changes like this in accordance with the site's economy to try and do what they can to increase or decrease the selling value of items in a manner that seems somewhat appropriate.

@Solsticesprite We're going to increase the prices as far as like putting in new items in there. We're not going to change prices for things already in there that have restocked at a given price. It's just like the Token Shop, I've been making new things added in there a little more expensive, but I don't change older item prices.
