The Library is the weekend quest! Do those quests for increased prizes and special rewards!

I usually get all rare items from him on a normal day, but he gave away a lot of low value items about half-way through the quests and not many points either.

For being a weekend quest, he really isn't giving much.Just got 2k from a 20k item.
