Yeah, there should be some way to reset it or quit like with quests, other than buying the stupid bird. Bring on the bugs. ;)

@StarShadow The same thing happened to me about three days into the birding season. She still asks me for the same bird. I clicked everywhere I could think of but no pop up. Never seen it in all my visits to the site since. Looking forward to it resetting for next year. Hopefully staff will give us a "quit" option then too.

No it's not location specific such as centropolis or arctic frost. I've just given up. I don't need any of the birds any way. Hope we get some new bugs this year.

@StarShadow I find it very hard to believe you never got the floater for the bird once. Is is possible it's a location specific one? I personally never have to refresh more than 20 times or so before the bird pops up.

Thanks for the warning but I gave up on birds since she's been asking me for the same bird for at least a week now and never found it. (yeah I know I can just buy one but I won't because we shouldn't have to, we should be able to find it). So will just be glad when it's over and we can go to bug catching.
