@Stitching That made me tear up. I lost my partner of 11 years, very suddenly, almost 6 years ago. He had issues with depression for a long time. He went 5 years with no signs at all and then one day he was dead by his own hand. As a result (too many reasons why and I don't care to share in a public forum) I ended up with PTSD. That led to clinical depression and years of therapy, struggling to finding a correct dosage of meds, and ways to combat the black dog. The shattering of everything I thought I knew was devastating and it has been a long road back. Only in the last 3 months have I truly thought I'm going to be okay.
Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job of highlighting the signs people can look out for in others. If it helps just one person you should be very proud. Well done and Congratulations. <3
