Sorry about that, @Valiska, but I'm pretty sure that's just standard procedure any time someone is missing an item especially before we were aware of the extent of the glitch. UAs shouldn't be asking this anymore, since we know what the issue is at this point!

I was asked to explain how I came to own my missing CW. But since that happened before the announcement was made that everything would be returned, I let it go.

I was really upset to hear that other people were still being asked questions like this.

I'll see about that, @Mad! We're trying to limit it to one or two people replying so the information isn't coming from a bunch of places (or we lose track of who said what etc).

@Amber Thanks for responding. We've been reading some messed up reports in the forums about users having to provide "proof" of their lost wearables. It would be great if staff could jump in and respond to things like that. I think we would all appreciate more communication from staff.

Not trying to distract you, @Mad! But we need some sort of content each day. I checked with the programmers to see if new wearables are an issue with everything going on, because I didn't want to add more issues, and I got the okay. UAs and programmers are of course working on the lost items and what not, but I'm trying not to let this set us back on upcoming wearables (wave 2 for masq, the CS challenger, etc).
