Pete's a conman who doesn't know how to cook! That's why so many of his quests are for completed dishes. His customers order something and he sends you how to get it!

That's what you said before about unexpected quest givers getting certain items.

Also, didn't you hint at there being Pirate challengers this year? Are they going to last past eh end of the event like the Survival challengers? Or are they cancelled?
