I wish there was a way to actually wear snowballs like a wearable item. I love the Icy Snowballs. :D
How do people know who has hit them? I'm using the random option so I know whom I have just hit, but I have a different snowball on my avatar every few minutes (love it!) and it seems anonymous.
I can confirm that the snowball shield does not 100% prevent you from getting hit by snowballs, and if there was an opt out I might use it myself cause I don't really want to see certain snowballs on my HA...

That s*** lol I think it is impossible and annoying play snowball.
50.000 snowballs x 30s / 3600 = 415 hours (just to buy snowballs). It doesn't any sense for me. In 3 years I got 2500 and I think it was a life for me lol

...also I somehow just managed to hit myself with a snowball via the random function. While hilarious, I'm not sure that should be possible :P
Echoing the desperate request for bulk buying ;_; I've been trying to stock up all year from user shops since that's much faster than buying from the official shop, and I've stockpiled 6 or 7 thousand but that's still only a drop in the ocean needed for the achievement.
Bulk buying snowballs would be great. Or an option to pay to use the snowtapult and they provide a snowball. Even if it costs more to do it that way.
I offer myself up as a snowball canvas. (I'll return the favor by default, let me know if you don't want snowballs!)
Snowball fights are fun and harmless. Feel free to pelt me with snowballs all you want. I live in a warm climate so I never get to see snow anyway!!!! =)
I would really support an opt out option too because it would make me more comfortable using the random option knowing that people who didn't want to get hit could opt out :)
Yes PLEASE on bulk buying... I didn't know we could buy them in batches before? This is only my second winter on the site so that achievement feels extremely daunting and kinda stressful! The buying alone is so many clicks and then you have to actually throw them as well, lol.

And to be honest, in the past I've low-key made fun of people who wanted to opt out, because hey, they're just fake snowballs on a screen! They're harmless! But I don't feel that way anymore. If it causes someone anxiety, it's not fun for them, so it's not harmless, full stop.
What I'm saying is, could we at least look into the possibility of letting people opt out of the snowball thing completely if they want to? I know that there's a wearable shield that blocks them, but I don't think it's 100% effective. (Could be wrong. I checked Subetalodge and it doesn't say.) It was brought up before in another comment I think, but just adding my support for the idea.

Since Laurey already brought up the shield; if you're looking for someone to hit with snowballs (say, for the 50,000 throwing achievement!) but have concerns about who you're hitting, feel free to toss them at me!

Reminder that you can put on Item not found: snowball reflector shield (found in the Millionaire Center) under your HA's clothes/a backdrop to block the snowballs if you don't want to see them on your HA.
