This was in the Subetalodge notes for the Sack of Love:
Use Option: receive three random items that contain the word "Heart"

However, Amber posted further down that it's been updated as to what exactly it can give out, so I'm not entirely sure now. I don't have enough crystals right now to get what I need/want and one of those to test out.
