Congrats! Love the pet and the story. I used to love looking at the stars while driving at night - it felt like I was the only one out there and the display was only for me. Esp when you got outside of towns and cities. <3 One time after work I just didn't want to go home. The road was calling. I just passed my exit and kept going. I live in Texas. Decided I would stop in Abilene, and turn around and go home. But instead I just pulled thru and got a drink and kept going. Ended up In Lubbock after nearly five hours total. Pulled in at a truck stop and got a big dinner like your pet said - I was starving by then - and decided I better get some gas and turn around and go home. If I didn't have to work the next day (that day by then lol) I don't know where I would have ended up. <3
@Chrysariel Sometimes it's the best feeling, to just drive without being in a rush to get somewhere. It's something I definitely miss from my younger years.
