I can't say that I've tried really hard to find items at the BHH but I have looked from time to time for years and never seen anything. I know you need to be fast but I don't even know how much currency I should have on hand. If someday I saw something and couldn't buy it because I wasn't prepared, that would be one of the most frustrating days on Subeta ever. Especially if it was something I wanted.
Whether the odds of finding merch change or not it would be nice to know which currency and how much to have on hand, without having to ask in the forums or searching Subetalodge. I've heard that the shop takes wizard tokens but without seeing something in the shop I haven't confirmed that and the shop only says "a special type of coin". If I was a new player I would probably give up on the shop entirely. As an older player I only look occasionally because I gave up on the shop years ago but still let myself hope from time to time when some new item I really want is released.
As for changes to the restocking in BHH the rarity is an understandable draw for some and deterrent to others. I'm not sure I would want that to change. But it might be interesting if the shop had something like Wizard shops random restock event where a greater number of items randomly restocked for a very limited time.

In all my 19.5 years as a member, I have never once been able to buy anything from Blackheart Hollow x)

@brokensafety It wouldn't be a dramatic increase in restocks, don't worry! Mostly I want to see where it's currently at and if it can improve a little bit. Potentially so I can do some new achievements :eyes: As far as items, I went through and refilled the pool of stuff! :) So more should be cycling through again.

I'm upset! I bookmark the blackhollow and he had an item. Not the item I'm looking for, but I just spent 850 wizard tokens on 
an item I ready have. I bought it so I can get the achievement saying I bought from the blackhollow.

I'm probably in the minority, but I think BHH restocks frequently enough. The problem I've noticed is the lack of circulation of items. There are many items I've never seen and other items I've restocked six times.

Yeah, I "only" have ever manage to purchase like 63 items from BHH because I forget to check back as often as others probably do. But if you make it your homepage or a bookmark or something and then try to get in the habit of checking it a couple times an hour or so when you're online, you're likely to start catching things eventually.

There's no real trick to restocking at the BHH. It randomly restocks out of a pool of items and you have to be quick if you see the item. If you refresh/go to much, they get mad at you and ban you for a bit. Like I said, making it your homepage or a quick access bookmark to periodically check is your best bet!

I didn't refresh the news or directory for ages, and when I refreshed the directory and saw the item I was like "Oh no, I missed another TS restock!" but it turned out to be BHH instead so I was like "Oh, never mind."
