Amber is PST, so it's only just now almost 7am there! Subeta time aligns with EST, and then staff are located in different places and that can impact when some things happen depending on who will be handling things! Since she said Sunday morning I would figure before noon PST today would be within the expected time frame, save any unexpected events. :)
