Events rarely happen on Saturdays on subeta because it’s Shabbat, so Amber tries not to work Saturdays. It can definitely feel frustrating to have weekend time available one day but not the other and feel like you’re missing out on event time. I’m sorry you’ll be missing some! Hopefully you still have lots of time to grab things you want during the rest of the event, but I totally get disappointment at missing the first exciting day of it!

The weekend is almost over for Europeans, I really hoped it started late Friday or early Saturday to have 2 weekends of Keelhauliday fun. :/
@Sekhmet I like when they give us a heads up of when the event will be starting. I don’t think it’s meant to be a “tease”, just notice of when they anticipate the artists will be finished with their work, and the new items will be able to be uploaded on the site, so that the holiday can begin. I’m pretty busy at work and am not able to spend a lot of time on subeta throughout the day, so having advanced notice of the timeline of the event is really helpful for people like me!
@AutumnFalls When it opens, there will likely be a link in the news. In the meantime, you can 'access' the closed shop under "Commerce" in the upper right corner. Click "Special Shops" and it's the fourth shop on the top row. You can also go to Omen Islands, then Port Plunder to find it.
I swear the broken bottle had a wearable overlay where the avatar is holding it. Did I misremember?

Hey everyone, don't forget you can vend a lot of the Freyalise items from Ocean Depths too. So even if restocking isn't working out for you, you can definitely still grab some new items!

I also find RSing during this event is frustrating, so I just tend to buy the items, if they remain 10mill because I need the books and food 😅

StarShadow Every year 85 to 90% of the new items are worth less than 50k by the end of the event. If restocking isn't your thing, the items can just be bought from other users after a week. And then by the next holiday, they drop even more. They're definitely easily accessible. I love the restocking aspect of the event as it makes it unique for people who enjoy that type of game play.
I wish they would create some kind of system where we could actually buy the new items in the pirate shop. I only see old items in the shop & when a new one happens to appear they're all sold before I can even click. It would be nice to have more stocked so the rest of us could actually get something. It's more very frustrating than fun. Looking forward to new loot from opponents. Pets are ready to do battle.

The revamped items look great. Every year I keep wishing that the frustrating pirate shop might have items that I can actually buy but every year I end up having to give up on any new pirate items. It's more annoying than fun. Looking forward to new loot.

I love that these are wearable now, the galaxy orb BGs are stunning!!! I must admit I did prefer the old broken bottle though, I liked how jaggedy it was - the new one looks a bit too soft somehow. The swords are fab :)

Nice revamps! I think there are still a few old Shinwa items that haven’t been revamped yet, been saving them in my vault lol
