Not everything has to be wearable, sure, but there already is a decent amount of useless items. I'd say the Grooming Parlour has a decent amount of them so I was just thinking the shampoos would be an ideal item to make wearable, right? Just picture the possible hairstyles! The angelic might give you a halo and pretty white/blue hair... and nuclear would give you glow-in-the-dark hair with black streaks maybe. It just sounded really good to me.
