Ah, they give you a random item with the pet's species in it. So, the charlie egg will give you a charlie item, etc. I got two weapons, so it may only give weapons. Pretty cool. <img src="http://images.subeta.org/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" />

It's not new, Spackeldorf. The eggs are just unretired. And they don't do anything =P They're collectables
