So..... will Wiz quests change now? I mean if only a handful of people can get items from the token shop, what's the sense in doing Wiz quests any more? Seems to me this was not thought out very well. I can see an over abundance of tokens hanging around now, because the ONLY way to use them has basically been taken away.

I got it just by the first release, when there were still 98 of it in the token shop, and I presented it to my girlfriend, who has a cat which looks exactly like that beanbag - no joking^^
now I have to wait for a restock, to get one for myself, it´s just TOO cuddly^^

I fully agree that Token Shop items need to be made more rarer. Whats the point in buying one to invest in if all the people who want one get one? Yay for Amber not caving in xD

Well, I don't know if anyone else thought of this, BUT..... if people have to sit at the token shop refreshing over and over, just to have a chance to be lucky enough to get it within the first minute and a half, how much questing, RS'ing and other games, etc. will they be doing? And isn't that what Keith wants? People questing and playing the games? At least before, you could more or less judge when the token shop would stock, so you could come on and do the daily quests, etc you would do, and still have a chance at the Token shop items.

Well... I missed it too and I WAS ON when it happened. That is how fast they went. grrr... ended up costing me 2mil to get it.
Wellllll... not exactly, Mythi. Keith actually told me to make sure that a substantial number stocked, and that there were enough restocks of the items so that most people in various time zones and/or who worked or had school who wanted them could have a chance at them. (Stijn, the AA at the time who trained me, being European himself, also trained me the same way). I don't know why, but nothing seems to rile people up more than inadequate or unevenly timed Token Shop stocking. It took me awhile to get it down to where mostly everyone was satisfied. I had even stocked the more popular items off and on over two to three day intervals in the past. However, Amber is now in charge of stocking it, and has a completely different style and manner of doing so, so she might have been told something different. All I know is that I'm getting ticked off queries and I didn't even have anything to do with it! XD
Correct me if I'm wrong.. but aren't Token Shop items supposed to be somewhat rare and challenging to obtain? If they were supposed to be common and cheap, surely they'd just restock by the tens of thousands at minimal cost. Part of the reason people work so hard hoarding tokens through quests, is so that they can reward themselves with items that not every man and his dog has 10 of. I'm actually pretty proud to see Amber not giving in to constant whining and begging, as she has done in previous Token Shop releases, because she's such a genuinely good natured person.

I am usually not on until later in the evening.. like now. I'm on at least 5 times a day from early morning (before work) to late at night and I still miss most of the restocks. That's OK, just makes it more special when I do catch a restock.
I don't think that, but nor does my LIFE revolve around Subeta.. but it would still be fun to be able to enjoy the events once in a while.
