When the school year starts, the "younger" are going to have the same, if not a worse, disadvantage, and everyone gets their chance. You can never make this fair to everyone, because its a global thing, and with different timezones someones always going to be asleep, at work, or unable to access a computer. Hell, if you can get on for more than an hour or two a day you're lucky, but chance of something happening during that time is pretty low. Complaining's not going to get you anywhere if sounds more like whining than a constructive attempt at changing things
