Are no pets safe? It seems the more and more the seas churn, the more come out as hydrus monsters. This time it's the antlephores and mallarchies.

the deer gonna kill the hunters yes! and the duck is evil.(spyro you know you're a dragon and you could probably eat that duck.but what if the duck eats me first. its a duck! it probably just eats bread and water. oh yeah well i'm probably the first one to discover a man-eating duck.) Lol I love that video XD.

I love how his wings are now fins. The bubble patterns on it's head and the detail of the beak and eyes are just amazing.

I like how the fin flops over on the antlephores head. Nice pose too! The color is a little dull, but it's still a big success.

The mallarchie looks SPLENDID! Particularly the razory bill and the feet. However.. the antlephore looks too plain. It's not bad, it just seems a bit bland in comparison to a lot of the hydrus pets.

Wow. The first Mallarchy that really caught my eye! Bravo! The Antlephore looks cool, too, but its colours are SO bleak in comparison to its neighbor <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_sad.gif" border="0" /> Even to other Hydruses, I think. It's just not this shade of brown. Looks more... muddy. xD But I love its legs and the overall pose, very graceful.

When I first looked at the Antlephore I thought the Marsh color got an update for some reason. After I looked closer I saw the fins and realized its Hydrus. And now that I know that, its too plain looking compared to other Hydrus pets.

I adore the Antlephore.
Though not liking the mallarchie so much, I don't really like how the wings look bat like. I think they could have stayed duck like, since ducks can go into the water in the first place. And the tail looks a little out of place, it looks like an experiment gone wrong. Though the coloring on both of them is very nice, and I love both their eyes.

The Antlephore is reeeally expressive, and the pose is extremely interesting and original!

The Mallarchy is my fave of that species so far! There's so much energy and personality there! It feels like I'm looking at DUCK KONG, and he/she's about to emerge out of the ocean and climb the nearest skyscraper with some hotass chick in its clutches!
