But I'm not sure if I'm fond of these two, when I think of Hydrus pets i think of the pets gone through evolution to adapt to the deep waters, these two just look a bit too furry to have fins and live well in the water. ]:

I have had Vert, my common Torrey, for 3 years now. I've been waiting for Hydrus Torrey since the day I got him... the wait has ended. However, I'm not entirely certain Im enraptured with it. It may grow on me though...
