I'm loving Pearl pretty hard over here. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_heart.gif" border="0" /> Very lovely~. A simple overlay is definitely better than one that's far too busy.
Ah man. I know it's not very flashy, but this has got to be my favorite spotlighter so far.

Absolute favorite win so far. Not emo, not cute and cuddly. Unique. It's also the first pet story I've read that made me want more.
I agree with @Night - the fact that there's nothing else on her profile kind of draws one to the story.. it's almost like a longish drabble, that. The incompleteness worked in Pearl's favour here, I would say <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" /> congratulations @Vanity !
