Touching a butterfly's wings will not kill it you silly kids. Yeah if you are rough on them you can hurt it, but just TOUCHING them will not KILL it.
I repair butterfly wings when I find ones that cant fly, which definitely involves touching, and they always fly away better off than they were. You just gotta be gentle and not pet them like they're a kitty <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/smiley_sadface.gif" border="0" />
