Caym/25/Libra-Scorpio

Caym was born to two farmers, their house hidden among fields of rhye and wheat. A government program that his parents couldn't keep up with drove the family to poverty and despair. Caym watched his parents fight and drink, unable to help.

He found solace in feeding hummingbirds by a lone tree up a hill from an old bird feeder the boy found in his dad's garage. Whenever the fights at home got too much, Caym would run to the hill and sit with the birds. They were his only friends.

One day, Caym walked home to a massacre - his mother had killed her husband and hanged herself shortly after. This terrified the young boy and he did the only thing he could - run away, he ran as far and as fast as he could. He spent many years wandering, avoiding foster homes and nosy people. Caym grew up on the streets, stealing and loitering.

A certain witch uprooted him from the street life. She taught him to read, write and to express himself in a more mild manner. Caym was practically a feral child - he'd react violently to any negative interaction, even pinching him would result in punches being thrown. It took a long time before Caym started trusting the witch and even longer time before he started acting in an 'acceptable' manner.

Caym is a master thief and swindler, he was good at picking out weak people that would trust him blindly. After meeting the witches he'd learn to put his skills to use in a more productive manner - Caym became an errand boy and picked up ingredients for witch spells, often from shady and dangerous places.
