An odd shifter who takes the form of a dull oversized child, being reconditioned to act human after spending many years in the form of a colossal snake. He enjoys eating literally anything (where does all it go?) and dislikes being yelled at, though a firm voice and iron grip coupled with threat of punishment are required to get his attention. He can make dramatic transformations on reflex but usually just uses his abilities to run and hide.
His scarf is actually organic, it's a pair of fins with glowing blue growths attached to his shoulders. If it unwraps, he can open his mouth wider to eat stuff, basically splitting all the way down his torso.
hydrus serpenths looked like this when he was made so he has kind of a flat :3 face. this was the only kind of serpenth ever thought about for a long time, so it's hard for me to accept that they are supposed to have hair.
