Iraya is a mysterious cat. He comes from the coldest parts of the north where snow is a way of life. He was captured as a cub, his mother poached for her coat, and was abused by his owner until he escaped captivity. He wandered the wilderness, with no clue how to survive on his own, until he stumbled into Jikarta's camp, emaciated and near to starving. Jikarta and Rasu took him in and nursed him back to health, and he's been with Jikarta ever since. He's the one who found Isatsu during a blizzard, and now the two are inseparable.
