abandoned staircase (upper levels)
Everything about the staircase feels oddly hostile - it might be the lack of windows, the detritus-covered floor, or the numerous gang graffiti scrawled on the walls. As you run up the staircase, you notice that every security camera had been smashed up. No one can see what you're doing in there, and Celia seems oddly fine with it.That's derelict chic, they say. At first, it's kinda a bother - the sights, the smells - and then, you kinda...get used to it. I'm not at the point where I'm looking forward to it, though. Let alone call this place "home"

Ever since they replaced these old garages by state-of-the-art parkings, they've been housing some street gangs, yeah. Makes sense - it's a safe shelter with lots of room for people, tons of vantage points to observe, and you're kinda close to everything. There are tons of downsides, though.
